Shipment - We typically process and ship orders within 2 business days. During peak season, processing times will be higher. Domestic orders will arrive between 3-5 days after that. You will typically receive your order in 7-10 days after placing it.

Cancellations - We accept cancellations if the order is not shipped, once the order is shipped then it cannot be cancelled. For cancellations email us your name & order id on hello@jcstore.in. For prepaid orders the amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7-10 working days depending upon your bank.

Refunds – Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your payment method.  In case of COD, the amount will be refunded in terms of store credits.

Exchanges - For any exchange in other size, please write at hello@jcstore.in and our team will get back to you. A product bought in sale cannot be exchanged.

Returns – We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. We offer easy returns & reverse pickup of products for which we levy a ?100 convenience charge. If the return is because a wrong product was shipped or if the product is damaged then we won't levy a convenience charge. A product bought in sale cannot be returned.
