Shipment - We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. During promotional periods, this may take up to 3-5 business days.

Refunds – If case of wrong items shipped or they are not as described, you will be refunded the full amount. For all other categories, once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of returned items. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Returns and Exchanges - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange your goods, provided we get them back in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached. You are entitled to return your purchase within a period of 14 days, calculated from the day following the day on which you received the product in your capacity as a customer.

The above-mentioned terms apply to most of the products except our sale section or items marked "Sale", which are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This also applies for gift cards and items bought under promotional campaigns (such as coupon codes or special discounts at the time of checkout) thus, making it too not refundable or exchangeable.

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. 

You can exchange your items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items for a full refund and place a new order.

A product that you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:

• It must be in new condition.
• It must include the locked price tag and brand label.
• It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• It must be complete (i.e., together with all items such as a belt, drawstring etc. which came with the original product).
• It must be packaged in an original CULTIVATION shipping box, so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.
