Shipment - The shipment is estimated to arrive within 1 - 4 working days from the date of your order depending on the city you live in.

Order Changes & Cancellations - If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@jcstore.in. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

Refunds – Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your payment method.

Exchanges - For any exchange in other size, please write at hello@jcstore.in and our team will get back to you.

Returns - Items must be returned within 14 days from the order date unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. We only offer returns pickup from the same destination your order was delivered to. All online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered will be refunded within 30 calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation.
