Dispatch - We will dispatch your garment in 7- 10 working days, as this product is made on order and fully handcrafted.

Cancellations - If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@jcstore.in. The payment will be returned within 5-7 working days.

Refunds - We do not offer refunds on orders due to the efforts and handwork that goes into crafting each piece. Refunds are only processed based on non-fulfilment, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items or damaged in shipping. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

Exchanges - For any exchange in other size, please write at hello@jcstore.in and our team will get back to you.

Returns - We would be happy to offer you a credit note valid for 4 months in case the garment does not suit you. Kindly email at hello@jcstore.in and our team will assist you for the same.
