Shipment - We typically process and ship orders within 5 business days.

Refunds – Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your payment method.  In case of COD, the amount will be refunded in terms of store credits.

Exchanges - For any exchange in other size, please write at hello@jcstore.in and our team will get back to you. Products sold can only be exchanged by the customers within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns – We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return package will only be accepted if it is returned with the original product packaging, all tags and labels still attached. We do not accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or damaged. Customer can only exchange the product, only if the product is found in damaged/defective conditions; Size/Fit related issues; Print issues.

Made-To-Order Products cannot be returned/exchanged, as these are only made as we get the order and not stocked. It can only be exchanged, if the quality of the garment is compromised/have manufacturing issues. Please check your sizes carefully.
