Shipping - Orders ship within the same day if placed before 12:00pm IST. All other orders will be shipped the next day.
Cancellation - An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. Please contact hello@jcstore.in immediately to request cancellation.
Return - All merchandise purchased at full price must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package. The merchandise must be unworn, in a saleable condition, with tags attached and must not be altered. If there is no manufacturing or quality issue, the return will incur a restocking fee* of INR 300, which will be deducted from your refund. In case of any quality issue, please specify the details. Exchanges - To exchange merchandise, the process of returns must be followed and a new order must be issued.
