• Always wash the garment inside out with similar colours.
• Print fading is normal due to the special treatment of the print which would make the print interesting while giving it a character. 

Delivery - The Standard delivery time for order to reach your doorstep is between 7-12 working days, excluding holidays. Products have different delivery time (stated on product page) We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavour to deliver asap.

Exchange - We have a 7-day Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange. To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange process, you can contact us at hello@jcstore.in. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refund - We will not be able to refund any order, but we can always exchange an item in case of size issues, product defect (as per brand discretion) or exchanging a new item/product in place of another product. 

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
