Shipping - Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday, within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed during the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

Cancellation - You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item(s) you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once the ordered item(s) are returned to the origin.

Please note that an order cannot be "cancelled" once the item has been "Delivered" to the shipping address.

Return and Exchange - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, our item specific Easy Return Policy lets you quickly return an order or part of an order for either a Refund or an Exchange, subject to some terms and conditions as listed below:

1. Returnable items:
1. Our policy lasts 14 days for all Apparel items. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Our policy lasts 7 days for all Accessories items. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
   
   
2. Non-returnable items:
1. Gift cards
2. Freebies
3. Jewellery (Pendants, medallions, bracelets, lockets)
4. Innerwear (Briefs, socks etc.)

• All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in the same conditionas you received it, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
• Damaged/Defective/Wrong items received have to be notified to the company, within 48 hours from delivery.
• Exchangesare only done on the same item, in a different size or colour. Such an exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund on the item price.
• Items once exchanged cannot be re-exchanged and are considered final.
